ROCHDALE LANCS - found today 5/12/05 a black and white springer cross. male. Short legs. VERY VERY handsome young boy. Extremely friendly. no chip/collar but was wearing a choke chain and a 'chewed' short nylon rope. He appears to have been kept outside, doesnt like to be in the house.
Lovely German Shepherd male found in the Sheldon area of Birmingham late afternoon time. Well groomed / looked after, possible back garden escape???
Reported to local Petsearch and Stechford Police, but was taken to Queens Road Police (by the Villa ground), as he was a bit too amorous with one of my Dobies and I thought it best not to keep him the night.
He was very thirsty, but refused food so may have only been lost a couple of hours.
A real gent, big lad and about 4 years old (i think), but was very confused and was nearly hit on Sheldon Heath Road. He's not microchipped.
He will be at Birmingham Dogs Home from tomorrow morning - 26.10
Please PM me if you require further details.
This IS NOT a picture of the dog found - but I couldn't submit the listing without a pic!!!
